Privacy notice
Information under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
This is an English translation of our Turkish privacy notice. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

Personal data processed
Through contact forms and quotation processes: name, phone number, email address and company details; and the vehicle, property, health and business information you share for a quote. Special categories of personal data, such as health data, are processed only for health insurance quotes and claims, and with your explicit consent.
Purposes
- Preparing insurance quotes at your request and contacting you
- Concluding and managing insurance contracts and handling claims
- Complying with legal obligations
Legal grounds
Your data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK because it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract, necessary to comply with a legal obligation, or necessary for our legitimate interests; special categories of data are processed under Article 6 on the basis of your explicit consent.
Transfers
Your data may be shared with insurance and reinsurance companies for quotes and policies and, where legally required, with authorised public authorities.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and as prescribed by law, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred, and to claim compensation for damage.
